Ace Of Terrans

Shi Lang and Amelia held hands as they looked around the square. The Terran wanted to meet Aluwa, as she had invited him over, but he wasn’t sure where to find her. At this moment, a calm voice echoed in his mind, “Over here, Lord Supreme.”

Shi Lang looked at a big coral castle, and looked at Amelia, who nodded, and they moved over. The distance wasn’t much, and they reached the castle in a few minutes, and inside they found only Aluwa sitting on a shell throne.

Shi Lang first cupped his fist and said, “Thank you for all that you did. This debt is not something I can ever repay, even if you wish for my life, I will not hesitate in the future.”

Amelia cupped her fist and bowed as well, as she said, “Thank you for saving me, Your Majesty. You have my eternal gratitude.”

Aluwa waved her hand and said, “You all don’t have to do this. I didn’t do a favor on you both. This is the task of Meryl Race. A divine mandate that we have to follow if someone has an injury or wishes to revive their loved once, they have to pass the test and then we would help them.

Lord Supreme, you passed the tests, not only the one from my race, but also the heavens. The tribulation was not easy, right? This is the reason why I helped you. However, Amelia has yet to heal completely.”

Shi Lang became anxious, and Amelia was the same. Aluwa continued with a smile, “The bonds of a human soul contain a lot of karmic threads, you need to bring her back to the place where she was born, and restore as many Karmic Ties as you can. That will give her soul the strength that it needs.”

Shi Lang frowned and asked, “How can I take her down there?”

Aluwa smiled and said, “You have five years to figure it out while Amelia focuses on regaining some of her strength through cultivation.”

Shi Lang sighed and nodded, he didn’t think that it was a nice thing for him to ask Aluwa about this matter, after all, the Queen of Souls have already helped him so much. The young man took a deep breath and said, “The Meryl race will be the forever ally of the Asura Hall. If you and your race ever face any threat, please feel free to call upon us.”

That said, he took out a jade card from his space ring and presented it to Aluwa with two hands. The latter didn’t refuse but nodded and accepted the card with grace. Shi Lang hesitated for a bit and then asked, “Your Majesty, shall we leave now? I want my family to celebrate and reunite again.”

Aluwa nodded with a smile and said, “I hope you have a good time.”

The two people left while holding hands, and Shi Lang flew out of the ocean with Amelia in his arms. He carried her in the princess style, and the young lady lay in his embrace with a smile. Amelia looked at Shi Lang and caressed his face gently, and the young man asked, “What happened?”

Amelia shook her head and said, “You have grown a little older, Lang.”

Shi Lang smiled and replied, “As long as I have you, I can find a way to reverse my aging.”

It was true, that the stress and the pain that he carried in his heart was eating him alive all this time, however, he had no time to focus on the problem but to look in for a solution.

Amelia asked, “Where are we going now?”

Shi Lang replied, “Home.”

The lady smiled and nodded, as they both flew through the void. Shi Lang took his time flying through the void, and he didn’t take out the spiritual tools from his space ring because he longed to hold Amelia in his arms. The young lady was aware of this and she also cherished the fact that her husband was still in love with her. After a few minutes, she asked, “How can you still love me so much? What if something happen to you?”

Shi Lang smiled and replied in a calm tone, “It is because you are the only one I loved, and it was because you didn’t look down on me, so that is why, I wanted to be with you again. For that, even if I had to fight the heavens, I would not hesitate.”

Amelia closed her eyes and placed her hand on his lips as she said, “Don’t say such things, Heavens aren’t cruel, they just wish to test us.”

Shi Lang smiled and nodded calmly, as they sped through the void.

After seven days, Shi Lang and Amelia appeared on the eastern continent with a smile on their faces. They neared the Asura Hall, and suddenly Shi Lang came to a stop and the smile on his face vanished. Amelia asked, “What happened?”

She had no cultivation at the moment and so it was obvious that she would be asking such questions. Shi Lang said, “There is no protection array here.”

Amelia raised her brow and looked around as she asked, “Hmmm, how can it be here? Is it not a bit too far?”

Shi Lang shook his head, and at this moment, he spotted a whole fleet coming towards them. The Terran raised his brow and asked, “Raksha, did you leak the news.”

“Huhuhuhu, did you think only you were the one waiting for her? Hmph, she is the Queen of the world now. You better not try to keep her for yourself.”

Raksha materialized beside them and Amelia chuckled, she was well aware of the relation between this pair. She looked in the distance and as the ships and ground vehicles grew close she said, “I didn’t think Tao would expand the forces to this extent.”

Shi Lang nodded and replied, “Well, she has led the Asura Hall to become the strongest force of the Eastern Continent and we are still moving to the north and the west. South is not our territory so we have to wait a little.”

Amelia looked at him and said, “I thought you hated conquest.”

Shi Lang smiled and replied, “This is just for precaution and nothing else.”

The mechs, and the vehicles stopped upon closing in, and the ships stopped as well. Shi Tao and the rest appeared before the couple and the Terran let go of Amelia only after giving her a spiritual energy platform to stand upon, Shi Tao rushed over to her, and they hugged as the girl said, “Welcome home, Ma.”

Amelia cried as she hugged her and replied, “It is good to be back, love. It is good to be home.”
